د کابل ښاري ابتدائيه محکمې لخوا څلورو مجرمينو ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د روان ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق کال د ربیع الثاني میاشتې په ۴ مه او ۱۱ مه نېټه د کابل ولایت مرافعه محکمې اړوند ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې څلورم زون جزا دېوان د پرېکړې په اساس د دوو ښځو په ګډون څلورو کسانو ته د نامشروع اړيکو په جرم د محکمې په انګړ کې تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.

د جزا دېوان د یادو مجرمينو له ډلې يو مجرم پر شپږ مياشتې تنفيذي بند او ۳۰ دُرو تعزیري سزا او درې نور مجرمين پر يوـ یو کال او شپږ شپږ میاشتې تنفيذي بند او ۳۵ـ ۳۵ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړي وو.

یاد حکم د سترې محکمې د عالي مقام له تائید وروسته پر مجرمينو تطبيق شو.
