به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائيۀ ولسوالی فرخار ولايت تخار بالای سه تن به شمول دو زن که متهم بر زنا بودند؛ امروز چهارشنبه مؤرخ ۶/ ۳/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق در محضر عام حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
متهمين متذکره از طرف محکمۀ ابتدائيه به ۳۹ ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم گرديده بودند؛ که اين حکم بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای متهمين تطبيق گرديد.
