به اساس فيصلۀ محکمهٔ ابتدائيۀ کوهستان ولايت سرپل بالای یک زن که متهم به زنا بود؛ در محضر حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
متهم مذکور از طرف محکمهٔ ابتدائيه به شش ماه حبس تنفیذی و ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم گرديده بود.
در گردهمایی که به همين منظور داير گردیده بود، قضات، کارمندان اداری و خدماتی محکمهٔ مرافعه، مراجعين و مردم عام حضور داشتند.
قابل ذکر است که اين حکم بعد از تائيد ديوان جزا محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ ولايت سرپل بالای متهم تطبيق شد.
