از طرف رئيس محکمۀ مرافعۀ سرپل برای عريضه نويسان سيمينار يک روزه داير گرديد

به تاریخ ۱۱ /۷ /۱۴۴۵ هـ ق تحت ریاست محترم الحاج مولوی یارمحمد (عمری) رئیس محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت سرپل، با اشتراک مولوی شجاع الدین (شجاع) آمر ثبت اسناد وثایق و سید عصمت الله مدیر مخزن این محکمه برای عریضه نویسان این ولايت سيمینار یک روزه دايرگردید.
 در اين سمينار يک روزه رئیس محکمۀ مرافعه و آمر ثبت اسناد وثایق در مورد نواقصات، مشکلات عریضه نویسان صحبت ها همه جانبه نمودند و به عريضه نويسان در باره اصلاح اين موارد هدایات لازم داده شد.
