هلمند ولایت کې یوه مجرم ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

طی چهار هفته محاکم پنجشیرعلاوه بر حل و فصل (42)قضیه به تعداد (107) قطعه وثایق نیز اجرا کرده است

د سه شنبې په ورځ (۱۱ /۳ /۱۴۴۵ هـ ق) نېټه د هلمند ولایت د بهرامچې ولسوالۍ د ابتدائیه محکمې په حکم یوه مجرم ته د نامشروع اړیکو په جرم تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.

د نوموړي مجرم دوسیه د هلمند ولایت د بهرامچې ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې ته راجع کېدو وروسته د یادې محکمې لخوا په غور او دقت بررسي او په هغه یې د تعزیري سزا د تطبیق حکم وکړ.

د تعزیري سزا د تطبیق دغه حکم د جنوب غرب زون د تمیزعالي ریاست او د سترې محکمې قضائي معاونیت محترم عالي مقام له تائید وروسته د هلمند ولایت د محاکمو او نورو ادارو د مسؤولینو او منسوبینو، علماء کرامو، مجاهدینو او عامو هیوادوالو په حضور کې پر مجرم تطبیق شو.
