در ولایت بدخشان بالای سه تن از متهمین فساد اخلاقی حکم جزای تعزیری تطبیق شد

به تاریخ  8 /2 /1445 هـ ق بر اساس حکم محاکم ولایت بدخشان در تالار جلسات محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری آن ولایت بالای سه تن از متهمین فساد اخلاقی جزای تعزیری داده شد.

متهمین فوق الذکر که قضایای شان از سوی دیوان منسوبین نظامی شهری بررسی شده بود؛ بر حکم محکمه ابراز قناعت داشتند.

قابل یادآوری است در جریان تطبیق حکم جزای تعزیری بالای متهمین علاوه بر مسؤولان محاکم و ادارات دیگر ولایتی، متنفذین قومی، علماء و مردم عام محل نیر حضور داشتند.
