روز جمعه (به تاریخ 18/محرم الحرام/1445 هـ ق) طبق فیصلۀ شرعی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت تخار و قرار نظامی شماره (ع 141خ24) مؤرخ 20 /12 /1444 ه_ ق) ریاست عمومی محترم یوان جزاء ستره محکمه، بالای دو تن از متهمین فعل زنا جزای تعزیری تطبیق شد.
در گردهمایی که بخاطری تطبیق حکم جزای تعزیری بالای مجرمین مذکور در شهر تالقان راه اندازی شده بود، مسؤولین ادارات ولایتی، علماء کرام و اهالی شهر تالقان حضور داشتند.
