جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کندز دایر گردید

 تحت ریاست محترم مولوی محمد یوسف (ابوالوفا) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کندز؛ با اشتراک رؤسای دواوین محکمۀ مرافعه و آمر ثبت اسناد و وثایق، به تاریخ ۱۰ /۱۱ /۱۴۴۷ ه‍ـ ق پیرامون بررسی استهداآت واصله و عرایض مراجعین، جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین دایر گردید.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید توسط یک تن از اشتراک کننده‌گان آغاز گردید؛ سپس روی استهداآت واصله و عرایض مراجعین تمرکز صورت گرفت، در نتیجه حاضرین در نشست احکام و هدایات شان را با رعایت قوانین شرعی و مصوبات ریاست عمومی دارالانشاء مقام عالی ستره محکمه؛ احکام و هدایت فرمودند و به تحریرات وظیفه سپرده شد تا این احکام را بمراجع مستهدی مربوط غرض اجراآت مقتضی ارجاع نماید.
