به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی نهرین ولايت بغلان بالای دو تن به اتهام لواطت؛ به تاريخ ۱۵/ ۹/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه متهمين را به يک ـ یک ماه حبس تنفيذی و از ۱۵ تا ۲۰ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه در حضور محترم مولوی زین الله (عقابی) رئیس محکمۀ ابتدائیه، اعضای قضائی، منسوبین اداری، قطعۀ امنیتی و تعدادی از مراجعین بالای متهمين تطبيق شد.
