د پکتیا ولایت د مرافعه محکمې د مسؤولينو په هڅو د قتل (۵۲) کلنه موضوع حل شوه 

د پکتیا ولایت د مرافعه محکمې عمومي رئيس محترم مفتي عبیدالله (خالد) په هلو ځلو او د قومي مشرانو په منځګړيتوب په ۲۳/ ۶/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق نېټه د دوو کورنیو ترمنځ د قتل (۵۲) کلنه دښمني حل او فصل شوه.
یاده موضوع (۵۲) کاله مخکې د ځاځي اریوب ولسوالۍ د علي خېلو په سیمه کې د دوو کورنيو ترمنځ پېښه او تر اوسه يې دښمني پاتې وه.
یاده موضوع محکمې ته تر راجع کېدو وروسته په غور وڅېړل شوه، د محاکم مسؤولینو دواړه لوري سولې ته ترغیب او وهڅول، دوی سوله وکړه او د محکې پر ابلاغ شوې پرېکړه یې قناعت وکړ.
په دې سره د قتل یاده (۵۲) کلنه دښمني په دوستۍ بدله شوه او موضوع يې رسماً پای ته ورسېده.
