هلمند ولایت کې اوو متهمینو ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

نن پنجشنبه د روان ۱۴۴۵ هـ ق کال د ربیع الاول میاشتې په ۲۷مه نېټه د هلمند ولایت د ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې په حکم اوو تنو متهمینو ته چې د غلا په جرم نیول شوي وو تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.

د یادو کسانو دوسیې د هلمند ولایت اړوند محاکمو ته له راجع کېدو وروسته د ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې د جزا دېوان لخوا په  دقت وڅېړل شوې او جزا دېوان د حکم او د جنوب غرب زون د تمیز عالي ریاست او سترې محکمې د قضائي معاونیت د اجازې په اساس دغه مجرمینو ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.

د یادونې وړ ده چې یادو متهمینو ته د تعزیري سزا د تطبیق په موخه جوړه شوې ناسته کې د هلمند ولایت د محاکمو او نورو ولایتي ادارو پر مسؤولینو سربېره عامو هیوادوالو هم ګډون درلود.
