د کندهار د حقوقو آمریت د یاد ولایت ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې ته انتقال شو

د سترې محکمې د عالي مقام د محترم اداري معاونیت د 1/8/1444 نېټې، (2695) ګڼه متحدالمآل د هدایت سره سم د کندهار ولایت د عدلیې محترم ریاست څخه د حقوقو آمریت د یاد ولایت ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې ودانۍ ته انتقال شو.

له عدلیې ریاست څخه د حقوقو آمریت د انتقال پر مهال د کندهار ولایت محترم مقام استازي، د حقوقو محترم آمر، د عدلیې محترم ریاست استازي او د محاکمو مسؤولینو حضور درلود.

د یادونې وړ ده چې د کندهار ولایت د مرافعه محکمې د رئیس محترم شیخ عبدالغفار (بحر) په مشرۍ په 3 /9 /1444 هـ ق نېټه د کندهار ولایت ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې ته انتقال شو.
