Brief Report on the Activities of the Directorate of Security and Executive Affairs of the Supreme Court for the Third Quarter of 1447 AH

During the third quarter of the year 1447 AH, the Directorate of Security and Executive Affairs of the Supreme Court carried out the following major activities:
1. During this quarter, in order to meet the needs of the Mujahideen and further improve administrative affairs, continuous inquiries and official proposals were exchanged with various Emirate institutions, as a result of which numerous matters were resolved in a timely manner or are in the process of being resolved.
2. During this quarter, for the purpose of improving administrative affairs, reducing challenges, and accelerating decision-making, regular weekly meetings were held with relevant officials; during these meetings, ongoing affairs were assessed, challenges were identified, and solutions were thoroughly discussed.
3. During this quarter, in order to improve affairs, strengthen coordination, and prevent potential challenges, continuous consultative meetings were also held with respected scholars(ulama), through which important guidance was obtained in light of Sharia principles for the improvement of affairs.
4. During this quarter, the decrees, orders, and directives of the High Leadership were regularly disseminated to all courts across the country and to the relevant Mujahideen in order to ensure their accurate implementation and enhance the level of awareness.
5. During this quarter, extensive logistical activities were carried out for the purpose of equipping and strengthening security units and fulfilling their needs. A total of (1,055) items of various materials were procured, supplied, and distributed to the protective units of courts across all provinces of the country, including the Central Protective Command of the Supreme Court. These included logistical, equipment-related, construction, armament, furnishing, clothing, communication, stationery, food, and non-food materials.
6. During this quarter, extensive measures were also taken in the fuel sector to ensure the continuity of security and executive affairs and maintain the operational readiness of vehicles. A total of (187,925) kilograms of liquid gas, (23,830) liters of petrol, and (2,900) liters of diesel were procured, supplied, and distributed to the relevant units.
7. During this quarter, in order to ensure systematic human resource management and strengthen the organizational structure, necessary administrative procedures concerning (688) guards were carried out, including transfers, appointments, rank promotions, preparation and registration of personnel records, and issuance of identification cards.
8. During this quarter, the implementation of military court decisions, including procedures related to summons, appearances, and the organization of detainees, was carried out in an orderly and precise manner.
