تحت ریاست رئیس محکمه مرافعه ولایت بادغیس جلسه هفته‌وار دایر گردید

 تحت ریاست الحاج شیخ عبدالخالق (امدادالحق) رئيس عمومی محکمه مرافعه ولایت بادغیس؛ به تاریخ 21/1/1448هـ ق جلسه هفه‌توار دایر گردید.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید توسط محترم مولوی خیرالله (حقیار) مفتی آمریت ثبت اسناد وثایق و مخزن آغاز گردید؛ سپس مولوی محی الدین (عظیمی) مفتی دیوان مدنی و حقوق عامه محکمه مرافعه (الفصل الرابع في حدالسرقت) از کتاب معین القضاة والمفتین را برای اشتراک کنندگان جلسه توضیح و تشریح نمود. 
در ادامه شیخ عبدالله (فانی) رئيس دیوان جزا محکمه شهری متحدالمآل نمبر (۲) سال ۱۴۴۶هـ ق و مقدمه از کتاب اصولنامه جزائی محاکم در موضوعات جزائی را برای اشتراک کنندگان توضیح و تشریع نمود.
 جلسه با دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
