به اساس فیصلهٔ محکمهٔ ابتدائیهٔ شهری ولایت دایکندی بالای چهار تن به جرم خوردن روزه و انتقال شراب، امروز دوشنبه مٶرخ ۱۲ /۱۰ /۱۴۴۷هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبیق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائيه مجرمین را از دو ماه تا دو سال حبس تنفیذی و از ۲۰ تا ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه در حضور الحاج شیخ مولوی سخیداد (ابوالتقی) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت دایکندی تطبیق شد.
