به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی اشکاشم ولايت بدخشان بالای سه مجرم به جرم انتقال و فروش مشروبات الکولی، امروز چهارشنبه (مؤرخ ۲۲/ ۹/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق) حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه مجرمين را به دو ـ دو سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه در حضور مسؤولين محاکم و ادارات دیگر امارتی و مردم عام بالای مجرمین تطبيق شد.
