به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی ینگی قلعه ولايت تخار بالای شش تن به شمول يک زن به جرم داشتن روابط نامشروع و قماربازی، امروز چهارشنبه (مؤرخ ۲۲/ ۹/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق) حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه چهار مجرم را به ۲۵ـ ۲۵ دُره جزای تعزیری و دو مجرم ديگر را از يک تا پنج سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فیصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای مجرمين تطبيق شد.
