په کونړ ولايت کې يوه متهم ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د کونړ ولايت غازي‌آباد ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې د پرېکړې له مخې يو کس ته چې پر لواطت متهم و؛ په ۲۴/ ۷/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق نېټه تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
ابتدائیه محکمې ياد متهم پر يو کال تنفيذي بند او ۳۰ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړی و؛ چې یاده پرېکړه د سترې محکمې عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته پر متهم تطبيق شوه.
یاد متهم ته د تعزیري سزا د حکم د تطبیق په موخه غونډه چې د ابتدائیه محکمې د رئيس مولوي محمد یوسف (حلیم) په مشرۍ جوړه شوې وه، د قرآنکریم د څو مبارکو آیاتونو په تلاوت پیل شوه.
ورپسې د یادې ولسوالۍ ولسوال مولوي فضل الرحمن (مبارز)، امنیه قوماندان عبدالجبار (سباوون) او د امربالمعروف، نهی عن المنکر او شکایاتو اورېدو محتسب د حدودو او تعزیري سزاګانو په اړه تفصیلي ویناوې وکړې.
غونډه د دعاء په ویلو پای ته ورسېده.
