به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیه شهری ولايت بامیان بالای چهار تن به شمول دو زن به جرم داشتن روابط نامشروع و اتهام زنا، امروز شنبه مؤرخ ۲۹/ ۶/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه دو مجرم را به شش ـ شش ماه حبس تنفيذی و از ۱۵ تا ۳۵ دُره و دو متهم را از يک تا دو سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۵ـ ۳۵ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند.
اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
