به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی خواجه موسی ولايت فاریاب بالای یک تن به اتهام سرقت؛ به تاريخ ۸/ ۶/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق در محضر عام حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه متهم را به يک سال و شش ماه حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
این حکم در حضور رئيس محکمۀ ابتدائیه، اعضای قضائی، علماء کرام، مسؤولین ملکی، نظامی و جمع کثیری مردم عام تطبيق شد.
