د کابل ولایت د نشه‌یي توکو او مسکراتو څخه د مخنیوي ابتدائیه محکمې د پرېکړې له مخې (۱۵)  ته د نشه‌یي تابلیتو (ذیکپ او تابلیت کا)، الکولي مشروباتو، پوډرو، شیشې او چرسو د خرڅلاو او قاچاق په جرمونو، نن پنجشنبه ۶/ ۶/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق نېټه تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
ابتدائیه محکمې یاد مجرمین له اوو میاشتو څخه تر درېیو کالو او شپږو میاشتو پر تنفيذي بند او له ۱۰ څخه تر ۳۹ دُرو پر تعزیري سزا محکوم کړي وو؛ چې يادې پرېکړه د سترې محکمې عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته پر یادو مجرمینو تطبيق شوه.
