د کندهار ولايت  ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې په یوه میاشت کې (۲۵۹) دوسیو ته رسېدنه کړې ده

د کندهار ولايت  ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې  په یوه میاشت کې (له ۱ / ۷/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق نېټې څخه تر۲۹  /۷/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق) نېټې پورې (۲۵۹) دوسیو ته رسېدنه کړې ده، چې جزئيات يې په لاندې ډول دي:

په حقوقي برخه کي :

د کندهار ولايت  ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې  په یوه میاشت کې (۱۳۱) حقوقي دوسیو ته رسېدنه کړې ده.

له دې جملې څخه (۱۱۰) دوسیې فیصله شوې او د (۲۱) دوسیو په تړاو قضائي قرارونه صادر شوي دي.

په جزائي برخه کې:

د کندهار ولايت  ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې  په یوه میاشت کې (۱۲۸) جزائي دوسیو ته رسېدنه کړې ده.

له دې جملې څخه (۵۰) دوسیې فیصله شوې او د (۷۸) دوسیو په تړاو قضائي قرارونه صادر شوي دي.
