به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائيۀ ولسوالی اندخوی ولايت فارياب به تاريخ ۲۴/ ۶/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق بالای يک زن که متهم بر سرقت بود؛ حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائيه متهم مذکور را به ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين حکم بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای متهم تطبيق شد.
در جلسۀ که به همین منظور داير گرديده بود، اعضای قضائي محکمۀ ابتدائيه، مسؤولین ملکی و نظامی و جمع کثیری از مردم عام حضور داشتهاند.
