The Supreme Court Criminal Division director finalized Six important criminal cases during his travels to Laghman province

Under the special guidance of Shaikh Abdul Hakim "Haqani, the chief justice of the supreme court; the head of the criminal division of the supreme court, Mufti Atiqullah "Darwish,” who was accompanied by Mufti Abdul Hai "Shaker,” and Mufti Mohammad Husin traveled to Laghman province and finalized Six criminal cases, dated 24/8/1446 A.H.
During his visit, the head of the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court Mufti Atiqullah “Darwish” and accompanied delegations met with Laghman’s appellate court director and judicial members and had detailed discussion on finalizing the Six criminal cases.  
The head of the criminal division of the supreme court met with both parties to the criminal cases separately and conducted a complete investigation on them.

The head of the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court, during this visit, instructed the judicial officials of Laghman province’s courts to resolve the cases of the applicants within the specified time in accordance with Islamic law.

It’s worth mentioning that the Supreme Court criminal division director Mufti Atiqullah "Darwish,” traveled to the other provinces for the solution of the criminal cases.
