Brief Report of the General Directorate of Staff Affairs of the Supreme Court for the Second Quarter of 1447 AH

The General Directorate of Staff Affairs of the Supreme Court carried out the following key activities during the second quarter of 1447 AH:
1.    During the second quarter, a total of (129) judges and administrative staff were appointed or transferred following necessary administrative procedures across the country’s courts.
2.    During the second quarter, Official requests were submitted to obtain educational records for (400) judges and administrative staff.
3.    During the second quarter, based on need and committee guidance, (62) scholars (Ulama) serving in the judicial sector were assigned to specific courts, while (400) scholars were referred to the General Directorate of Judicial Training for examinations conducted under committee supervision.
4.    During the second quarter, the Monthly attendance reports of personnel in provincial courts were reviewed.
5.    During the second quarter, Measures were taken for collecting documents, preparing proposals and petitions, setting agendas, informing examination candidates, and communicating results to fill vacancies at central and provincial levels.
6.    During the second quarter, Evaluation forms of (215) civil staff members from central directorates and appellate courts were collected, reviewed, and officially approved.
7.    During the second quarter, Key operational documents under the General Directorate of Rights(Huqooq), including registration books for legal cases, petitions, summons, correction letters, and guarantee letters, were followed up for approval and finalization.
8.    "During the second quarter, the professional opinions, reports, and instructional tables of the Directorate of Capacity Building and Performance Evaluation were submitted to the Supreme Court’s high authority for final approval." 
9.    During the second quarter, an educational program on basic computer skills was organized for Mujahideen under the Directorate of Security and Executive Affairs.
10.    During the second quarter, a comprehensive seminar guideline covering communication, report writing, management, and supervision was prepared to implement the training plan and enhance the professional and managerial level of Supreme Court staff.
