Brief Report on the Activities of the Dawat and Irshad Directorate of the Supreme Court for the Third Quarter of 1447 AHV

During the third quarter of the year 1447 AH, the Dawat and Irshad Directorate of the Supreme Court carried out the following major activities:

1. During this quarter, daily after the Fajr prayer, the interpretation and translation of the Holy Quran were delivered to the Mujahideen of the protective unit of the Supreme Court.

2. During this quarter, employees who were illiterate were taught the words of prayer, the six Kalimas, Noorani Qaida, recitation of the Holy Quran, and other essential matters; and those employees who were literate were taught the recitation of the Holy Qur’an with Tajweed, as well as other religious and Sharia rulings.

3. During this quarter, daily after the Zuhr prayer, a half-hour lesson was delivered to the staff of all directorates of the Supreme Court in accordance with the curriculum provided by the Ministry of Amr bil Ma’ruf and Nahi an al-Munkar 

4. During this quarter, in accordance with the decree of the Esteemed Amir al-Muminin (حفظه الله تعالی), the Law of Amr bil Maruf and Nahi an al-Munkar, decrees, rulings, instructions, guidance circulars, the Guidance Book, the effects of obedience in strengthening the Sharia system, the decree and recommendations regarding the establishment of prayer, and the decree concerning the prevention of harmful customs were taught.

5. During this quarter, twice a week, reform-oriented speeches were delivered to all members of the Supreme Court, and at various times, military-related instructional books were taught to the Mujahideen of the protective unit.

6. During this quarter, the central directorates of the Supreme Court were supervised three times, and constructive recommendations were provided for improved performance.

7. During this quarter, three consultative meetings were held for the respected scholars(Ulama),officials , heads, judges, and judicial members of the Supreme Court.

8. During this quarter, three supervisory visits were conducted to the personnel of the Kabul Appellate Court, Wasayeq (Documents), Judicial Education, Urban Primary Courts, Counter-Narcotics Courts, Military Courts, the General Directorate of Huqooq, and the Directorate of Security and Executive Affairs of the Supreme Court, where special sessions were held for reform purposes.
