Honorable Chief Justice of the Supreme Court traveled to the Laghman provinces 

On Saturday 25th of Shawalul Mokaram, Shaikh Abdul Hakim "Haqqani, the chief justice of the supreme court, accompanied by the judiciary deputy assistant Shaik Mohammad Qasem "Raskh”, Military deputy assistant Shaikh Khirjan “Khirkhwa”, secretariat director of the supreme court Mufti Abdul Rashid “Saeed”, and Mowlavi Saifullah Agha, head of the human resources department of the supreme court, traveled to the Loghman province.
During the trip, the delegation met with all relevant officials and judicial members of the appellate, military, and urban primary courts. 
The meeting began with the recitation of the holy Quran, and then the participants introduced themselves. 
During the meeting honorable shaikh abdul hakim “Haqqani” the chief justice of the Supreme Court, shared his valuable speech with participant and said, the court officials must be moral with the client and have variation with other people, have patience with clients because in common people there is different type of people with differing attitude and this is not common way for a judge to behave same, Rather he will satisfy in a full enthusiastic and wisely that he is right or unjustly.
The chief justice of the Supreme Court directed the judicial members and officials of the courts to cooperate with each other in cases of need and said each of you is responsible for the better system of the country, be honest in your work and responsible, and do not think that this work does not belong to me and leave it to someone else.
During his speech, the honorable chief justice of the Supreme Court recommended to the participant an emphasis on honesty and said that this is an important principle for the survival of the Islamic system.
At the end of the meeting, the head of the Laghman appellate court and court officials thanked the chief justice of the Supreme Court for his valuable speech and said the honorable chief justice approved that he aware of all courts, he is softhearted, Halim, and the Lord of the High Personality.
The meeting ended with the recitation of Dua by the Military deputy assistant Shaikh Khirjan “Khirkhwa”
It is worth mentioning that the chief justice of the Supreme Court and delegation monitored the courts activities in near and specified the needs, they gave the necessary instructions, In order to further improve the affairs and reach the client's files on time.
