Inspectors of the Judicial Inspection Directorate of the Supreme Court visited the courts and central prison of Nuristan province

Under the leadership of Shikh Gul Aqa "Aqib,” head of judicial inspection of the supreme court, a delegation with the membership of Mowlavi Habibullah Hibib, Mowlavi Rozi Mohammad Zmil, and Mowlavi Sayed Ishaq traveled to the Nuristan province on 7th Rabi Al Thani 1445 to investigate the court's activities.
At first, the delegation visited the appellate court of Nuristan, then visited the prison of this province, noted the fame, heard the problems of prisoners, and shared them with the officials.
According to the plan, a delegation visited the documents, rights, and divisions sections of the primary, urban, and appellate courts of 7 districts.
During the monitoring process, the delegation conducted a comprehensive investigation of the judicial, administrative, and financial aspects and obtained information about the behavioral and professional aspects of the judicial and administrative staff of the courts. And guided for the necessary instructions in terms of reforming the affairs.
delegation noted the argent and important necessities of the staff, and for the solution of the mentioned aspect, held the meeting and shared one by one with Noristan appellate court officials.
During this trip, the judicial delegation of the Supreme Court held meetings for the better development of the court's activities, heard their views, shared solutions to the people's problems, and investigated their complaints thoroughly and comprehensively.
