The Supreme Court Criminal Division director traveled to Baghlan province and resolved 11 criminal cases

Under the special guidance of Shaikh Abdul Hakim "Haqani, the chief justice of the supreme court, the head of the criminal division of the supreme court, Mufti Atiqullah "Darwish,” who was accompanied by Mufti Abdul Hai "Shaker,” traveled to Baghlan province and resolved some criminal cases, dated 15/2/1446 A.H.
During these four-days visit, the head of the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court resolved 11 criminal cases, most of which involved murder cases.
During the travel, Mufti Atiqullah “Darwish” met with Baghlan appellate court director and judicial members of this court and guided some important related issues.
Then he met with both parties to these (11) criminal cases and conducted a complete investigation on them.
In addition, he met with the related case prisoners, investigated, and asked some questions regarding the related topics.
It’s worth mentioning that the Supreme Court criminal division director traveled to the other provinces for the solution of the criminal cases.
