Judicial Performance Report of the Primary Court of the Counter-Narcotics Justice Center.1. Report
The Primary Court of the Counter-Narcotics Justice Center heard a total of 98 cases related to the drugs from January 20 to February 18, 2021. A total of 140 people were arrested on charges of drug trafficking and smuggling from which 5 of them were acquitted due to lack of evidence and 135 of them were convicted and sentenced as below:

Three months to one year’s imprisonment: 1 person;
One year to five years’ imprisonment: 56 persons;
Five years to 16 years’ imprisonment: 64 persons;
16 years to 20 years’ imprisonment: 9 persons;
20 years to 30 years’ imprisonment: 5 persons.
In connection to the abovementioned cases, it has been ordered to eliminate (5330.625) kilograms and (392.154) liters of drugs of different types.

The total amount of fine is $6,180.
