د روان ۱۴۴۵ هـ ق کال د ذوالقعدة الحرام میاشتې په ۱۰، ۱۱، ۱۲ او ۱۳مه نېټه د میدان وردګ ولایت د مرافعه محکمې عمومي رئيس محترم مفتي عبدالله (فرقاني) د تحریراتو د امر عبدالحنان همت په ملتیا د یاد ولایت د سیدآباد، جغتو، نرخ، جلریز، بهسود حصه اول، بهسود مرکز، دایمیرداد او چک ولسوالیو له ابتدائيه محاکمو څخه لیدنه وکړه.
په دې ليدنه کې د مرافعه محکمې رئيس د یادو ولسوالیو د ابتدائيه محاکمو جزائي، حقوقي او اداري چارې له نیږدې وکتلې او قاضي صاحبانو ته یې د چارو د سمون، چټکتیا او ښه والي په موخه لازمې سپارښتنې وکړې.
