ستره محکمه ج.ا.ا با تأسف اطلاع حاصل کرد که قضاوتمند  محمد «فياض» فرزند فضل احمد عضو محکمه ابتدائيه شهری  ولايت  کندهار شام يک شنبه شانزدهم جوزا حينيکه  بعد از ادای نماز خفتن به جانب منزلش روانه بود، به اثر حمله ناجوانمردانه تروريستی  دشمنان صلح وثبات  کشور در ناحيه دوم آن ولايت به شهادت رسيد

انالله وانا اليه راجعون

ستره محکمه  درحاليکه اين حادثه المناک را شديداً محکوم می نمايد،  از بارگاه الله متعال (ج) به شهيد جنت فردوس وبه فاميل وبازمانده گانش صبر جميل مسئلت می نمايد.
